Vinyl Club recurring memberships

Trust Us, Curator, and Collector are recurring Vinyl Club memberships.

By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize the payment method used at checkout to be charged at the price and frequency displayed when you subscribe.

Unless otherwise stated when purchased, standard Vinyl Club memberships renew monthly until canceled.

Canceling a recurring membership

Outside an active promotional trial, you may cancel a recurring Vinyl Club membership through the subscription-management area available through your Who's AUX customer account.

You may also contact Who's AUX for assistance with subscription management.

Cancellation prevents future subscription renewals.

If a renewal charge has already been processed or an associated order has already entered processing or fulfillment, cancellation does not automatically cancel or refund that order.

To avoid an upcoming renewal, cancel before that renewal is processed.

Promotional 30-day trial

When a 30-day trial is offered, self-service cancellation may be unavailable during the trial period.

If you want to end your membership during the trial, contact Who's AUX before the trial ends.

Because a physical Vinyl Club shipment is provided during the trial, canceling without paying for that month requires the trial records to be returned according to our Return & Refund Policy.

If the records are kept, the first membership charge will process at the end of the trial and the membership will continue on its recurring schedule.

Pausing, skipping, and changing a membership

Where available for your subscription, your customer account or subscription portal may allow you to:

  • Upgrade or downgrade between Vinyl Club tiers

  • Pause or resume a subscription

  • Skip an upcoming delivery

  • Update a shipping address

  • Update a payment method

  • Review past and upcoming orders

  • Cancel the subscription

Changes may not affect an order that has already been created, charged, or entered fulfillment. In those cases, the change may apply to the following cycle.

Orders already processed

Cancellation is prospective. It stops future recurring billing but does not automatically reverse a charge that has already been successfully processed.

Orders that have already entered fulfillment may still ship.

Refund eligibility for a processed order is governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Gift Vinyl Club

Gift Vinyl Club is a prepaid fixed-term purchase rather than a recurring membership.

The purchaser selects Trust Us, Curator, or Collector and a 3-, 6-, or 12-month term. The selected term is paid upfront.

Gift Vinyl Club does not automatically renew, and no cancellation is required to prevent renewal.

At the end of the prepaid term, deliveries stop unless a new membership is purchased.
