Refund policy

Last updated: September 5, 2026

We want you to be happy with what you ordered. Some Who's AUX products are standard merchandise, while others are intentionally curated around discovery, so return eligibility depends on the product.

Standard merchandise and physical products

Eligible unused merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in substantially the same condition in which you received it.

  • The item must include its original packaging where applicable.

  • You must provide your order number or other proof of purchase.

  • You must contact Who's AUX before sending the item back.

To request a return, use the Contact page at Who's AUX and select Order Help, or email Support@Whosaux.com.

Do not mail a return until you have received return instructions.

Approved returns should be sent to:

200 Washington Ave, Floor 5 #1062
Towson, MD 21204

For voluntary returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law.

If Who's AUX sent the wrong product, or we approve a return because an item arrived damaged or defective, we will provide the appropriate replacement, refund, or return instructions at our expense.

Discovery Vinyl

Discovery Vinyl is intentionally sold as a curated mystery selection.

Unless a product specifically identifies an album by name, the exact artist and title are selected by Who's AUX and are not disclosed before purchase.

Discovery Vinyl selections may be new or quality pre-owned and generally come from approximately the last 50 years of music.

Disliking the artist, album, genre, era, or selection we chose is not considered a product defect and does not by itself qualify a Discovery Vinyl for return. The curation and uncertainty are part of the product being purchased.

If a Discovery Vinyl arrives damaged, is materially different from what was promised, or appears defective, contact us and we will review the issue.

New and pre-owned vinyl

Because our vinyl selections may be new or pre-owned, packaging and cosmetic condition may vary.

Pre-owned records can show reasonable signs of previous ownership. Cosmetic differences that do not materially interfere with the intended use or playback of the record are not necessarily considered defects.

If you believe the condition of a record falls outside what you reasonably expected from the product you purchased, contact us with photos and your order number.

Damaged or defective vinyl

If a record arrives damaged or appears defective, contact us as soon as reasonably possible and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the record and packaging

  • A short video if the problem involves skipping, distortion, warping, or another playback issue

Playback issues can sometimes be caused by turntable setup, tracking force, stylus condition, vibration, or other equipment variables. We may ask what equipment you are using before determining whether a record itself is defective.

If we approve a claim, we may provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or another reasonable resolution depending on inventory and the circumstances.

Because curated records may be limited or difficult to replace, the exact same title may not always be available.

Vinyl Club memberships

After any applicable trial period, Vinyl Club selections are final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges because a member does not like the artist, album, genre, era, or curated selection.

Damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled records remain eligible for review under the process above.

Canceling a Vinyl Club membership prevents future renewals according to our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy. Cancellation does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been charged or entered processing or fulfillment.

Promotional 30-day Vinyl Club trial

When a 30-day trial is offered at checkout, the first Vinyl Club box is shipped before the first membership charge.

If you decide not to continue, you must contact Who's AUX during the trial and arrange to return all records included in the trial shipment. Trial records must be returned in the condition received and, where practical, in their original protective packaging.

Customers are responsible for voluntary trial-return shipping unless an item arrived damaged or defective.

If you keep the records, your first membership charge will process when the trial ends and recurring monthly billing will continue.

If an approved trial return is already in transit when a charge processes, any eligible refund will be issued after the returned records are received and inspected.

The trial applies only when it is expressly offered at checkout.

Gift Vinyl Club

Gift Vinyl Club is a prepaid, fixed-term Vinyl Club membership.

The purchaser selects a membership tier and a term of 3, 6, or 12 months and pays for the term upfront.

Gift Vinyl Club does not automatically renew at the end of the prepaid period.

Unless required by applicable law, prepaid Gift Vinyl Club purchases are not refundable for unused future months after fulfillment of the gift membership has begun.

Damage, fulfillment errors, or defective records will still be reviewed and resolved according to this policy.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Your bank, credit-card provider, or other payment service may require additional time to post the refund after we issue it.

If you believe an approved refund has not arrived within a reasonable period, contact us at Support@Whosaux.com or through our Contact page.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
